Question: Nothing happens after clicking process or Unable to move Error
Answer: Most likely is that your plug-in folder is not writable and the PHP error reporting is disabled. Make the xl2wp-plus / xl2wp folder writable.

Question: The fields values are imported in wrong order
Answer: One or more fields are left blank. Fill all empty fields with ZERO. Read the HOW TO within your admin panel on how to accomplish this . . .

Question: Error in date
Answer:Format the date column within your excel file. Best format to avoid any trouble is m/d/yyyy.

Question: Can I use different sheets for post and pages?
Answer: Yes you may do so and for your references you can rename these sheet as you prefer.

Question: How to Create Parent->child Categories?
Answer:xl2wp PLUS creates the parent child taxonomies. Just set your parent child category to the last field of your categories if you wish to assign this or other post to more than one top level category. xl2wp do not handle parent -> child taxonomy.

Question: I have a file that is abour 10 MB. Can I import that using this plug-in?
Answer: First of all understand that the file size limitation is set by the PHP and not by the script of this program. Yes you can import such file if you edit the php.ini parameters. By default PHP is limited to 2 MB file size. If you increase the file size then you should also increase the respective execution time out parameters.

Question: Can I pay with Pay Pal?
Answer: Currently our pay processor AlertPay do not accept Pay Pal. But there is a workaround to this. You may pay to the e-mail address sathees@sigmaNames.com and once we receive the conformation from Pay Pal we will e-mail the plug-in to you. This process takes a bit longer than the automated download associated with Alert Pay, usually we will e-mail the plug-in with-in 24 hrs.

Question:Do you provide after sales support?
Answer:Yes! We do provide after sales support. But it is limited to the functions of the plug-in only. If you need further assistance regarding WordPress installation or troubleshooting we could help you for a fixed cost.

Question:Is there any limitation in data quantity?
Answer:No! We have tested the plug-in with 20'000 posts and it worked just fine. But remember there is a limitation with PHP file size set usual to 2 MB. That limitation can be changed within PHP ini file. We do not provide support on that matter under the support terms of this plug-in.
